About Us
Jim Hirschhorn and Tony Marino had backgrounds in very different fields when they met at a local real estate company. Jim had been the Director of Training for the Philadelphia Ritz Carlton and Tony had been the Chief Operations Officer for AutoFair Automotive in Manchester, New Hampshire. However, as they climbed to the top of their field – Jim went into Management and Tony became a Top Producer – it became clear that both men had the same commitment to making the customer their priority. They had an opportunity to put their life’s lessons into practice when they opened Real Living Real Estate Solutions. “Take Care of the Customer” is their maxim.

Tenants
The Rental Process
Once you find a place that you like, it is important for you to see it in person. After deciding that you like it, you need to submit an application along with a consent form for Real Living to pull a credit and background check. The results of this background check are kept confidential and specific details are not shared with anyone outside of the Property Management department. Each application is discussed with each owner and a mutual decision is based on criteria that we have set for our tenants. Real Living is committed to following all legal practices of tenancy and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability).

It is our goal to make you happy with your choice of a home. Real living is committed to finding a place that will meet the needs of you and your family. Having the right place to live allows you to focus on other aspects of your life. If we don’t have an available rental, we pull from other rentals in the area to pair you up with the perfect place for you to call home.

Our Fees
There is a $35 Application Fee per person over 18 Years of age. Once approved, a security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent along with the 1st month’s rent are due with a money order or bank check prior to release of the keys. Each month, rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 4th of each month.

Owners
Renting your Home
You have made the decision to rent your home. This decision is based on financial as well as logistical circumstances. Real Living Real Estate Solutions works with you to make this process as seamless as possible.
Finding the Right Tenant
We have teamed up with TransUnion’s Credit Retriever service. We have all tenants fill out applications and consent to run Credit, Criminal Background and National Terrorist checks. This also includes the Child Predator database. It is our goal to find the most qualified tenant for your property.

Our Fees
Real Living Real Estate Solutions is committed to making your rental experience a great one. We have 2 options with regards to finding a qualified tenant for you.
Option 1: Finding a Tenant
We advertise your property, we write all the ads, we answer all inquires 24/7, we comply with all state and federal laws and we show the property Together, we help to assess the quality of the applicant. If you accept the applicant, our service is complete until you need us to find another tenant. The cost for that service is one month’s rent.
Option 2: Full Property Management and Income Handling Service
Option 2 is a Property Management Agreement. This agreement has a 25% discount on our up front service fee, with 75% of the 1st month’s rent, but it requires you to sign a 12 month agreement to manage the property.
We ensure that your trust account with your tenant is handled properly and in a lawful manner. We also report your income on a 1099 annually for tax purposes and we collect all of the rent, If the rent should be late, we deliver the 3 day notices following the grace period, and we help you in the extreme cases, get an attorney and evict the tenant. Our Monthly Management fee is 10% of the monthly rental amount.
